I confirm that: - - - There have been no Claims or pending Claims against the Firm, predecessors in business or its current or former Partners, Principals, Directors or employees. - - - There have been no circumstances or incidents which may give rise to a Claim against the Firm or its former Partners/Principals/Directors or employees. - - - - The Firm is not aware of any actual or pending prosecution or litigation against the Firm or its Partners/Principals/Directors or employees under any International, Commonwealth, State or Local statute, legislation, regulation or By Law or other statutory instrument having a similar effect. - - - No Partners/Principals/Directors or employees have ever been subject to any disciplinary action, been fined or penalised, or been the subject of an inquiry investigating or alleging professional misconduct. - - - the Firm has never sustained any loss through the fraud or dishonesty of any employee.
